Operational support

We have extensive experience in supporting international upstream operations. We are highly tuned in to the demands faced by operators in remote locations where requirements are time critical. The range of goods supplied includes oilfield equipment such as OCTG, linepipe, marine hose and valves through to essential pharmaceutical supplies and other consumables. We liaise closely with clients' shipping agents to effect prompt despatch to site or arrange shipping on their behalf.

Shipping

We are very experienced in international shipping, not only arranging shipments to destination for our clients but also managing and administering freight forwarding contracts. This is a costly area for exporters and there are usually sizeable costs savings to be made. We can assist in this area if our clients require it. Our experience in managing the shipping function eliminates costly lapses in control and accountability.

Project Procurement

We have worked extensively on field development projects for our clients, either directly with their project engineers or via the design contractor. Typically, our involvement in procurement starts on receipt of the specifications and RFQ or MTOs. Tenders are sought, evaluated and findings submitted to our clients for their decision. From then on we manage the complete process from negotiation and award, pre shipment inspection, to shipping and submission of final document packages. All documentation is filed providing a complete trail from beginning to end. We also assist extensively with top-ups and time critical hook-up-and commissioning requirements. Through our extensive supplier base and network of agents purchasing power, we have been able to obtain very attractive pricing to our clients.
